If you are looking for a specific item, you can search by keywords or product name. You can also shop on your phone.

To shop online simply add the products to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. 

You can place your order as a guest or register during checkout. Registering makes checkout even faster, as you can store your delivery, billing and payment details in your account for next time. 

After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to follow the delivery.

All orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Please note it is not possible to return personalized items. Read more information on returns and refunds.

Special collection and previews can be available for Pre-Order.
The items you pre-order are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.

Purchasing pre-order items and in-stock items together: If you order products that are already in stock together with pre-order items, we will send you two separare packages.

Pre-orders with different shipping dates: If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.

In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. 

Most pieces are made to order. With this in mind each piece is made especially for you. Pieces take about two weeks to complete and a week with shipping. Special alerts and notifications will let you know the step by step process that is being made as you follow your piece to completion.

We value the memorable moment of a gift. If you have a special someone or occasion we would happily gift wrap your special gift.

We understand the importance of having that perfect accessory for the red carpet, event or party. If you have special demands, we will try to rush your item free of charge to ensure that your Wolfhardt accessory makes it to the event.

Most of our products are "made to order", a much more sustainable production process. Our production process makes our fulfillment time a little longer-up to 2 weeks to weeks to ship, but typically much sooner.
